About
Scott Rollins: Scott Rollins was born in Evanston, IL and raised in
Northbrook, IL. Where he attended Glenbrook North High School. Scott then
went to Valparaiso University in Indiana majoring in Business with a minor
in Mathematics.
He has always been an avid sports enthusiast, from participating in little
league through college baseball, to coaching his 2 sons in soccer and
baseball. The boys are now grown and out of the house, sort of.
Current hobbies are still sports but largely as a spectator cheering on the
Chicago teams through their trials and tribulations.
Scott's recruiting career began in 1973 shortly after leaving college.
Originally concentrating in the Chemical and Manufacturing industries, he
switched over to the Actuarial and Benefits marketplaces in 1983.
President
and Founder: Scott formed his own company in 1986, originally
known as Search Centre, Inc., and now S.C. International, specializing in
the recruitment of Actuaries and Employee Benefits Personnel at all levels
for Insurance Companies, Human Resource Consulting firms and Corporations.

and management from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.
Work
Experience: Matt has been with S.C. International since October 1993.
Matt works across all lines of business with a specialty in the retirement
and health and welfare arena. The retirement side includes both Defined
Benefit and Defined Contribution.
About
Matt: Matt is married and has two sons. Matt is an avid golfer and
enjoys traveling.

Work Experience: Mark began his recruiting career SCI in 2000 and
specializes in the Life, P/C, Health, and Pension industries in both an
Insurance and Consulting capacity.
About Mark: Married with two sons. Interests include: music, sports,
physical fitness and dining out.

Education: B.S. Southern Illinois in Carbondale, IL. Major; Radio-TV
Production. Minors: Business Administration and Photographic an Audiovisual
technology.
Work
Experience: Jerry entered the search industry in 1977. He started his
own practice in 1978 specializing in Information Technology. In 2001 he
migrated to Actuarial Search and joined S.C. International in 2003.
Currently he handles P/C, Life, Health and Pension in both Consulting and
Insurance Companies.
About Jerry: Married for 27 years with 3 children. Interests include
woodworking, camping, skiing and baking. Favorite
thing about working at SCI: "I like the people, the environment,
the resources and the ability it gives me to help people out"

Education: B.S. in Finance and Actuarial Science from North Central College
in Naperville, IL.
Work
Experience: Bill joined S.C. International in October 2007, and thus
far, has primarily focused on the Pension and P/C markets, but is beginning
to dabble in the Health market as well.
About
Bill: Bill grew up in Naperville, IL and is an avid sports
enthusiast. He still enjoys playing ice hockey whenever the opportunity
arises, and can be found on the golf course during the summer months.
Favorite Sports Team(s): Chicago Black hawks, White Sox, and Bears!!!
