Description:
Boutique consulting firm looking ideally for an Enrolled Actuary with small plan experience. ASA/FSA would be a plus, but must at least have the EA designation. This would be the Chief Actuary and only credentialed actuary on board. A real opportunity to run your own show and be the top dog. Client needs Enrolled Actuary to review small plan valuations and filings. Will also get involved in benefit calculations, plan design, non-discrimination testing, combo DB/DC plans as well as overall marketing of new business moving forward. The firm's niche is the small plan arena, so having small plan experience would be preferred, but not a necessity if they find the right applicant. Very unique situation with a lot of possibility for incentives and maybe even future equity in the organization.
