Description:
|
East Coast Insurer has a need for an International Financial Actuary for their Latin American division. The incumbent will provide Valuation, ALM, and actuarial analysis support for the Latin America Region. Specific functions include the following: Prepare, review, and analyze various actuarial items for territories in the region; Review valuation methodology and assumptions, make recommendations as necessary; Assist with the preparation of
actuarial items for territorial budgets in the region; Provide an actuarial resource to regional and local offices; Perform Asset Liability Modeling including Cash Flow Testing and Economic Capital Models for the region; Analyze actuarial results compared to projections; Make recommendations to improve the financial reporting process for the region; Monitor developments in regulatory requirements and changes in actuarial standards
Candidates should have experience in life insurance valuation and financial modeling. Candidates should be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
