Description:
Insurance Brokerage organization on the West Coast is seeking a Health and Welfare Consultant that can lead multiple accounts varying in size and complexity. The organization has clients that range in size from 100 to 10,000 and candidates should be comfortable working across with that range of clients. The Consultant should have a strong technical / financial background and posses a strong understanding of medical/disability/life Underwriting. He/she should also possess superior project management skills. The organization also has developing Private Equity space where they work with PE firms on acquisitions/spin-offs/public to private and it requires the Consultant be able to work in a fast pace environment with very demanding individuals.
